"A year after [building my first website] I started ranking it first on Google for Photoshop tutorials."

This early success led to his first Google AdSense check at 12 years old—enough to buy the shoes his parents couldn't afford him. His father had to co-sign and open an account since Timur was too young to receive payment under his own name.

At 14-15, another major life change occurred when his family immigrated to Quebec, Canada, adding French to his growing language repertoire. Today, Timur speaks four languages, which he credits as a valuable asset in business:

"A lot of different cultures and exposure to different backgrounds and religions which really helps me in business today."

"I messed up big time," Timur admits candidly. "I got with the wrong crowds, different vices and habits that drove me to do things that, in hindsight, I'm not very proud of."

Though he maintained a "high-functioning" professional life, personally he was struggling. This created a cycle where success would fuel his ego, leading to poor decisions, followed by guilt and shame—a pattern that repeated for years.

The turning point came when he hit what he calls his "rock bottom":

"When the pain of not changing was greater than the pain that I was feeling from how I lived life, change really happened."

"I guide and help clients grow their businesses and grow themselves personally because I've seen that marketing is as efficient as the owner... I can only do half of the job."

"Fusing all those three disciplines, I believe I'm able to provide a very different type of service. There's a great disconnect between engineering and marketing in many teams... that broad range of experience allows me to not only understand the different aspects of the clients' businesses but also provide solutions."

"When you really listen and you try to not always bring your own biases, the clients usually will tell you where's the biggest pain, what they should focus on, and they'll tell you about their ideal customer and their tendencies and habits."

"Number one, it's the owner. If the owner doesn't want to take responsibility or he doesn't see where he's wrong or where he's lacking and needs help with expertise, then it's very hard to bring them results."

Timur now vets potential clients to ensure they can properly handle business growth. He's seen businesses fail despite good marketing because of poor service delivery, ultimately damaging their reputation and forcing them to rebrand and start over.

"Number two, you need to think long term. A lot of clients that I initially worked with, they were looking to make quick money or they were looking just in the next quarter or the next half year or the next year. But if you have a 10-year vision or even a 20-year vision, then you're able to do the hard lifting in the first few years, which is building a brand."

"The third thing is actually reflecting the owner's vision throughout your marketing channels."

"When you try to grow your business online, to try to generate leads, you have to understand that people will check on you. They'll Google, they'll check your social media, they'll check your reputation, they'll check your website. Every little piece of content that they interact with is a reflection of your brand."

He shares a success story of a home improvement business selling windows and doors that grew from $500,000 in revenue and one location to eight figures in annual revenue with locations in both the United States and Canada by following these principles.

"There's no get rich quick schemes, there's no secret sources that would get you there within a month. And the ones that do work like that, they usually don't last for long."

His priority for clients is never to get them penalized by search engines:

"I'd rather have a slow and safe growth and ensuring that they're in business for a long time than using some black hat techniques that sure, a lot of people use to get results fast."
