When Growth Feels Like Chaos
Rob Wentz was stuck — battling addiction, burnout, and confusion. But through faith, discipline, and communication, he rebuilt his life around clarity and service. “High performance,” he says, “isn’t about 4AM ice baths — it’s knowing who you are, what you value, and who you serve.”
Now a leadership coach and founder of Lead Impact Transform, Rob helps entrepreneurs and executives communicate with authenticity and build systems that free them to lead.
The VITALS Framework
Rob’s philosophy centers on six pillars that keep both leaders and businesses alive:
- V – Vision: Know where you’re going.
- I – Impact: Lead in a way that leaves people better.
- T – Technology: Use tools (like AI) to simplify, not complicate.
- A – Action: Don’t think — move.
- L – Leadership: Clarity creates confidence.
- S – Service: True power comes from serving others.
From Addiction to Alignment
Before entrepreneurship, Rob spent years in radio broadcasting. Behind the mic, he learned the power of storytelling and connection — but off air, life was falling apart. “I was high more often than I was honest,” he says. “Becoming a father flipped a switch — I couldn’t let my son see that version of me.”
That moment became his line in the sand. He got clean, grew his faith, and turned his personal transformation into a mission: helping others get unstuck.
Systems Are Spiritual
Rob believes business mirrors creation: chaos before order. “Everything that has a system runs right,” he says. “And when it doesn’t, you feel it.”
From morning routines to client pipelines, systems create peace because they replace uncertainty with flow. “Systems bring joy. You don’t have to wonder what to do — you just do it.”
Faith, AI, and The Future of Leadership
Rob sees AI as a tool that amplifies human potential. He uses it to analyze client assessments, generate insights, and create frameworks in minutes. “It’s not about replacing people,” he explains. “It’s about freeing people to focus on service.”
