The Story

How I ended up doing this work

I started out leading people. Years of teaching every week, sitting with families on the worst day of their lives, and carrying something that mattered more than a paycheck. That season decided how I run a business now. The work is always about the person on the other side of it.

Then I built. Companies started, grown, and sold. Sales teams doing seven figures a month. More than 100 owners guided past six and seven figures. The pattern never changed. Growth is rarely a louder tactic. It is the right offer, one channel worked properly, and systems that hold when the volume arrives.

Along the way I kept meeting the same person. An owner with a real calling and a business that was eating them alive. More revenue, less life, the mission on hold. They did not need another motivational talk and they did not need another funnel hack. They needed someone who could do both halves.

So that is the work now. I help Christian business owners make more money in less time, so the business funds the calling instead of competing with it. We do it in five stages, and every stage ends in a win you can point at.

I am a dad of three, so I know what the time is actually for.
