Put in what happened last month. No percentages to work out, just what you already see in your ad account and your calendar. It reads your numbers back in plain English and names the one thing to fix first.
Round numbers are fine. Best guess still gives you a useful read.
What Happened Last Month
Money
Cash collected is what hit the bank. Sell $5,000 on a three pay and you bank about $1,600 now, and ads get paid from cash, not contracts. Cost to deliver is what you spend fulfilling the work, people and software and card fees, not ads. Solo is 5 to 15 percent, contractors 20 to 40, heavy done for you 40 to 60. Twenty is a placeholder, not your number.
Put your numbers in above.
Every step loses some. The question is which step loses too many.
Your number, what healthy looks like next to it, and what yours means in a sentence.
Healthy ranges are the working benchmarks I use with high ticket coaching and service businesses. Your market can move them. A starting point for the conversation, not a law.
This box names the single biggest hole in your business and what it is costing you every month.
The work, in the order I would do it.
Bring this page to the call. We work from your real numbers, not a template. If you have setters or closers on the phone, the rep side of this math lives on the setter and closer scorecard.
